Former Ragin’ Cajun WR Jamal Robinson Released By Jaguars

Former Louisiana Ragin' Cajun wide receiver Jamal Robinson was released by the Jacksonville Jaguars, the team announced today.

Robinson signed as an undrafted free agent deal with Jacksonville after May's draft.

He impressed scouts with a 4.4 40-yard dash, as did his 23 bench reps, which were more than any receiver invited to the NFL combine registered.

His agent has begun looking for other potential landing spots while NFL teams trim down their roster to 75 players by tomorrow at 3pm.
