The Louisiana Hot Sauce Expo is set for July 18th and 19th at the Blackham Coliseum from 10am to 6pm.
Check out the different hot sauces, bar-b-que sauces, salsas, pepper jellies and more from businesses here in Louisiana as well as around the world.
There will also be an attempt to set a Guinness World Record for 'who can eat the most hottest peppers in the world in one minute.'
