The 14th Annual Cajun Hot Sauce Festival is set for the weekend of April 10th through 12th in New Iberia at the Sugarena Acadiana Fairgrounds.
General admission will be $10 Friday and Saturday and $5 on Sunday. Children 12 and under get in free.
Friday will be Wristband Mania from 5pm to close. Saturday will be an all-day Ride-A-Thon from noon until close. Sunday will be Last Blast Day from noon until 6pm.
Friday, April 10th:
- Gates open at 6pm
- 7-8:30pm: Cajun Thrown Down
- 9-10:30pm: One Trick Pony
- 11-1am: The Todd O'Neill Band
Saturday, April 11th:
- Gates open at 4pm
- 7-9pm: Dustin Ray
- 9:30-11pm: Ray Boudreaux
- 11:30-1am: Jamie Bergeron & The Kickin' Cajuns
Sunday, April 12th:
- Gates open at 9am
- 11:30am: Jambalaya Cook-Off Serving
- 12-1:30pm: Chubby Carriere & The Bayou Swamp Band
- 1:30-3pm: Leroy Thomas and The Zydeco Road Runners
- 3:30pm: Jambalaya Cook-Off Winners Announced
- 4:30pm: Dance Contest
- 4-6pm: Colby Boudreaux & Southern Beat
- 6pm: Festival Closes!
