Join some of Louisiana's most talented chefs as they compete for the title of "King or Queen of Louisiana Seafood". This event will take place at the Cajundome Convention Center, and participants will cook before an audience 2,000 strong with the hopes of winning the favor of the judges. The cook-off will be running alongside of the Eat Lafayette Kick-off.
