New York Yankees' shortstop Derek Jeter played in his final game at Yankee Stadium on Thursday night, and in typical Jeter fashion delivered in the clutch, delivering a walk-off single in the bottom half of the ninth inning, giving New York a 6-5 win over the Baltimore Orioles.

The 40-year old Jeter had two hits in his Bronx farewell, giving him 3,463 for his remarkable 20-year career.

Jeter will close out his career this weekend when the Yankees travel to Boston to take on the Red Sox in a three-game series to wrap-up their regular season.
