Darren Sproles Proves Invaluable For The Saints

When the New Orleans Saints signed running back/kick returner Darren Sproles as a free agent during the off-season, they expected a lot from the 7th-year pro from Kansas St.

Sproles has not only lived up to the high expectation, he has exceeded them.

Through 13 games, Sproles has 463 rushing yards, 560 receiving yards, and 1,017 return yards.

There's no doubt that the Saints would not be 10-3 on the year, and tied for the second-best record in all of football, without the diminutive all-purpose performer.
