Hundreds showed up to support #TeamBrittni and Miles Perret Cancer Services Saturday in Scott. Cajun Harley-Davidson graciously played host to the inaugural Scott Skedaddle. Supporters were entertained by Ray Boudreaux, Jaryd Lane, Connie G and others. A 5K race, an auction, food and accessory vendors, as well as United Blood Services blood mobile were set up on site for the 'Skedaddle'. Proceeds from the event went to support the family of Brittni Clements, whose father is KTDY's CJ Clements, as she battles leukemia in Florida.

Miles Perret Cancer Services is an Acadiana-based non-profit that provides treatment, screening and education services to patients in our area. Organizers hope this is the first of many events in our area to support non-profit organizations in our area.
