The latest ESPN.com college football bowl projections have Louisiana's Ragin' Cajuns headed to the GoDaddy.com Bowl, to take on the Toledo Rockets.

They're probably basing that projection on the fact that Arkansas St. leads the Sun Belt Conference, and they're just assuming that the New Orleans Bowl will take the league champion.

As most of you know however, the New Orleans Bowl only has to take the regular season champion twice, during a four-year span, which they did a year ago. Any other year, they can take any other bowl-eligible team from the league, if the conference champion is accomodated in another bowl.

It's not official, but chances are they have this projections wrong.

And LSU fans are hoping they have another projection wrong; the BCS title game.

Are the Cajuns and quarterback Blaine Gauthier New Orleans Bowl bound?
