Clemens to Face Another Trial

A federal judge has ruled that Roger Clemens must face another perjury trial.

U. S. District Judge Reggie Walton, who presided over Clemens' first trial and declared a mistrial when prosecutors showed a video with inadmissible evidence, ruled that the prosecutors did not deliberately show evidence that they knew was inadmissible.

Walton said current law did not allow him to throw out the indictment.
