At 5'3" and 115 pounds, Christmas might not seem like much of a threat, but we wouldn't challenge her to an arm wrestling match: the first female NASCAR pit crew member's new gig involves speeding around a No. 10 Ford wielding an air gun, and racing to unbolt the lug nuts on two 60-pound tires, replacing them both in around 12 seconds. We uh, can't do that.

Originally from Lynchburg, VA, Christmas owns her own CrossFit gym in Raleigh. have you ever seen people who do CrossFit? They are terrifying. She was discovered by Ted Bullard from Turner Motorsports during a talent search motivated by Ted's realization that the women at his CrossFit gym could lift more than he could.

Ted Bullard of Turner Motorsports found Abbot in a talent search he was inspired to hold by CrossFit after joining a gym and noticing several of the women could lift more than he could. She just signed a deal to change tires for NASCAR driver Jennifer Jo Cobb.
