Chris Johnson Holdout Continues

 All-Pro running back Chris Johnson of the Tennessee Titans did not report to training camp today, marking 12 days of absence to this point.

Today was the deadline for players under contract to report to camp if they wanted to gain an accrued season toward free agency.

Apparently that was no motivation for CJ to end his holdout, as all he really wants is a long-term deal. Quite frankly, he's earned it. Tennessee has told Johnson they will discuss a lucrative extension, but not until Chris reports to the club.
