Lamson Park, home of the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns, will have a little bit of a different look when the 2019 college softball seasons begins.

In addition, the installation of artificial turf at the park, is almost complete. The new surface has now been rolled out, with logos being added, as of last week.

The project, which was slated slated to be completed in January, and is running well ahead of schedule, will have the new surface cover the outfield, foul ball areas, and the right field bullpen.

The infield will remain all dirt.

In addition, a new warning track area will be added, as well as new logos on the playing surface.

Lamson Park will be looking nice in 2019!
