Counting Louisiana's 8-7 win over Texas State Friday night, there were three other Sun Belt games played.  Here are some highlights.

TROY 9 ULM 1- The story here is Andrew Crane.  The Troy pitcher threw six shutout innings to run his consecutive scoreless streak to 36.2 innings.  Crane allowed just three hits as Troy won its third straight game. Crane is now 6-1 on the year with an 0.96 ERA.

COASTAL CAROLINA 5, UTA 4--Billy Cooke hit a three run homer for Coastal to give the Chanticleers a 5-0 lead and the bullpen held off a UTA rally as CCU won the first game of the series in Arlington.  Will Latcham struck out five in 2.2 innings to get the save.  Latcham, injured a good part of the season, has bolstered the CCU bullpen.

GEORGIA SOUTHERN 7, ARKANSAS STATE 4--The Eagles took advantage of the Red Wolves' bullpen, scoring four runs on three hits in the seventh inning to get the come from behind win.  The Eagles were aided by three walks and a costly error in the inning.  Jacob Condra-Bogan did a solid job out of the bullpen and got his first win in nearly a month.

The other two series, Georgia State at Little Rock and South Alabama at Appalachian State, were postponed because of weather.  Both series will have a doubleheader today.
