The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns play their final home series this weekend, and, wouldn't you know it....the Jaguars are coming to town.

Louisiana (30-17, 14-9 Sun Belt) hosts first place South Alabama (32-17, 17-7) in the latest chapter of the baseball rivalry between the two schools.  Games are scheduled for 6pm Friday and Saturday and 1pm on Sunday.

There will be a fireworks display during the seventh inning stretch on Friday, graduation ceremonies on Saturday and Senior Day festivities along with Mother's Day on Sunday.

The Cajuns will go with what has become their regular weekend rotation with three freshmen starters.  LHP Gunner Leger (5-3, 3.01) will start on Friday. RHP Evan Guillory (3-0, 4.34) gets the start on Saturday, while RHP Wyatt Marks (5-1, 3.32) gets the Sunday start.

South Alabama's ace,RHP Kevin Hill (8-0, 2.06) is the  frontrunner for pitcher of the year honors.  He'll get the Friday start.  RHP Austin Benbnowski (2-3, 3.51) gets the Saturday start, while coach Mark Calvi will go with LHP Jared Gates (4-2, 4.11) on Sunday.

South Alabama has won their last seven conference games to move to the top of the Sun Belt standings.  The Jaguars lead the Sun Belt in hitting, pitching and defense.

South Alabama leads the all-time series 58-41.  Tony Robichaux is 37-38 in his career against the Jags.
