Cajuns’ Women’s Basketball Schedule Announced

The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Women's Basketball team released its 2015-16 basketball schedule today.  The schedule includes home games against Southern-New Orleans, Dillard, UC Santa Barbara and Alcorn State.  The Cajuns will also play Ole Miss, Houston and Louisiana Tech on the road, while also participating in the San Juan Shootout in Puerto Rico, where they will take on Arkansas and Sacred Heart.

The Cajuns will open with a pair of exhibition games at home against LSU-Alexandria and Xavier (NO).  They will also play a double round robin Sun Belt Conference schedule of 20 games, all of them doubleheaders with the Cajun men.

The Cajuns are coming off their best season since 2007, having won  23 games and a championship in the Women's Basketball Inviational.
