The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns open their busiest week of the season tonight when they travel to Lake Charles to take on red-hot McNeese State at Joe Miller Park.  First pitch is scheduled for 5:30 and can be heard on ESPN 1420.

Redshirt freshman Jack Burk (0-3, 2.70) will get the start for the Cajuns (13-9, 4-2 Sun Belt) , while Aiden Anderson (2-1, 8.79) will be the starting pitcher for Justin Hill's club.

The Cowboys (18-6, 9-0 Southland) have won 16 in a row in their home ball park dating back to last season and have one of the nation's most potent offenses.  The Cowboys hit .331 as a team and average 8.7 runs per game.  Joe Provenzano was named the LSWA hitter of the week yesterday.  Provenzano and Matt Gallier lead the club with a .386 batting average.

The Cajuns then head to Southeastern Louisiana (14-5, 9-4 Southland) Wednesday to conclude a suspended game with the Lions prior to their regularly scheduled game.  The suspended game from February 20th will be resumed with Southeastern batting in the bottom of the 11th inning with the game tied 2-2.  The Lions have a runner at first base with two out.  The teams will resume the game using the same lineups that were in effect when the rains game.  While Coach Tony Robichaux has not decided who will take the mound, he suggested on his Monday radio show he was leaning toward Wyatt Marks (1-0, 1.11).

That game will be resumed at 5:00 pm with the regularly scheduled nine inning game to begin no earlier than 6:00 pm, or approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of the suspended game, whichever is later.  Southeastern does not have a game on Tuesday and neither team has announced a starting pitcher.
