Cajuns On The Road To Take On Warhawks-Game preview

Louisiana's Ragin' Cajun men's basketball team returns to the hardwood on Saturday, when coach Bob Marlin's team takes on the ULM Warhawks, in Sun Belt Conference action, in Monroe, Louisiana.

Louisiana captured a big 64-62 conference win over the North Texas Mean Green on Wednesday, improving them to 11-11 overall on the season, and 5-3 in Sun belt Conference play.

ULM, who has won only twice all year, has lost four-straight, and 13 of their last 14, dropping them to 2-19 overall, and 1-7 in league play.

The Cajuns are led in the scoring department by sophomore forward J.J. Thomas, who is averaging 12.8 points-per-game, while senior guard Fred Brown leads the Warhawks, at 11.8 points a contest.

Tip-off time is scheduled for 4 o'clock.
