The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns have their final tuneup before their trip to the Cayman Islands Classic as they host Savannah State Friday at 4:00 at the Cajundome.

Louisiana (1-1) got into the win column Tuesday night with a 113-58 win over Louisiana College, as six Cajuns scored in double figures led by P. J. Hardy's career high 19 points.

If you're going to see this one, expect a lot of shooting beyond the arc.

Savannah State (1-2) defeated Middle Georgia State 114-80 Wednesday night.  The Tigers, coached by former Georgetown Hoya Horace Broadnax, fired up 51 triple attempts in the game and have shot 128 threes in their three games this year.  Savannah State led the nation in three point baskets per game last year with over 13 makes.  This year, they are averaging nearly twelve per game thus far.

In addition, expect to see a high scoring game.  Savannah State has averaged 84 points per game thus far.

Senior guard Johnathan Stove, who missed the Louisiana College game because of an injured heel, is not expected to play in the game Friday.

Following the game, the team will bus to New Orleans to get some rest before their 4:00 am wake up call on Saturday for their trip to Grand Cayman, where they will meet Iowa Monday at 11 am CST.  All three games in the islands can be heard on ESPN 1420 and HOT 107.9.
