The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns play their final midweek game Wednesday when they host the New Orleans Privateers at M. L "Tigue" Moore Field.

Louisiana (28-15) has won six straight games.  The Cajuns won the series finale at Texas State, won non-conference games against Southeastern Louisiana and Southern, and then swept UT Arlington at home this past weekend

UNO (14-29) comes into the game having won only two road game against 17 losses after defeating Jackson State 14-3 Tuesday night.  Matt Rykaczewski (.318), Jonathan Coco (.314) and Ryan Calloway (.311) are the leading hitters for UNO, who is averaging just under four runs scored per contest.

Sam Carriere, who played for the Cajuns in 2013, is the starting shortstop for UNO, and his batting .259 with 13 RBI.

The Cajuns will head to Boone, NC Thursday for a three game series at Appalachian State.  Game one of the series is Friday at 5:00pm (CDT).
