The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns will close out the home portion of their schedule Thursday night when they play host to the Trojans of Arkansas-Little Rock.  Game time is scheduled for 7:15pm.

Louisiana (17-12, 11-7 Sun Belt) will be looking for its fifth straight win and to move a step closer to clinching a bye in the first round of the Sun Belt Tournament beginning March 12 at the UNO Lakefront Arena in New Orleans.

Seniors Xavian Rimmer, Brian Williams and Aaron Leblanc will be honored before the game.

UALR (13-16, 8-11) is playing its final regular season game and would lock up a spot in the tournament with a victory.  The Trojans have played well of late, winning five of their last seven.  The Trojans have been shooting the ball extremely well of late and Mareik Isom is the reigning Sun Belt player of the week after making 9-11 shots from beyond the arc last week.  Over its last seven games UALR is shooting 40% from three point range as a team.

The Cajuns won the first meeting between the two teams, 83-79 in overtime back on December 30th in their first league game of the season.  The Trojans came back from a double digit deficit to force the overtime period before the Cajuns came back with the win.

Shawn Long has moved into ninth place on the UL all time scoring list with 1,605 points.  He needs 69 points to pass Michael Allen for eighth place.  In addition, Long has now collected 969 rebounds, good for third all time.
