Louisiana's Ragin' Cajuns softball team has set attendance records since moving into their remodeled digs at Lamson Park.

And, the Sun Belt Conference has decided that's a great place to host a tournament.

The league announced all of its championship sites for 2013-14 and the Cajuns were awarded the host site for the 2014 softball tournament.

This will be the second time the Cajuns have hosted at Lamson since the doors opened to the renovated facility.  UL also hosted the tournament in 2011.

Last year, the Cajuns played host to an NCAA regional and drew a record crowd of over 2,700 on the final day, when Louisiana defeated Stanford to clinch the regional championship.

The 2014 baseball tournament will be held at Stanky Field in Mobile, home of the South Alabama Jaguars.  USA last hosted the tournament in 2007 when New Orleans won the championship game, defeating the Cajuns.

Other championship sites announced today include Texas State (2013 soccer, 2014 Outdoor Track and Field ) Middle Tennessee (2014 Mens' and Womens' Tennis), and Birmingham (indoor track and field).

2013 championships in Cross Country (Troy) and Volleyball (Middle Tennessee) were previously announced.
