Louisiana Ragin' Cajun baseball season may be over, but the honors continue to pour in for several of their players.

Shortstop Blake Trahan, who was signed by the Cincinnati Reds today, and junior second baseman Stefan Troslcair were both named to the 2015 ABCA/Rawlings NCAA Div. I All-America teams. Trosclair earned 2nd team honors, while Trahan was named to the third team.

Trosclair, also a first-team All-Sun Belt selection, D1 Baseball 3rd team All-American and 3rd team Louisville Slugger All-Amiercan, batted .338 on the season, with a team and conference high in homeruns (16) and RBI (53). He sported a .635 slugging percentage, good for 28th in the nation, while his 16 homers was 11th best in the country.

His grand slam in the 12th inning of theSun Belt Conference championship game against South Alabama helped propel Louisiana into the NCAA Tournament with the Sun Belt Conference automatic bid.

Trahan batted .315 on the season, sporting a a team-high 17 stolen bases with 15 doubles, 2 home runs and 29 RBI. He tied a school record with 23 consecutive games with a hit, and was named the Sun Belt Conference player of the year, while also being selected as a Louisville Slugger 3rd Team All-American.
