Brady Will Participate in Workout With Saints

Tom Brady and the Saints are going to get together Wednesday after all.

Brady will not attend Wednesday's Federal Court hearing in New York but will attend practice, which is being held in conjunction with the Saints.

Brady had originally decided to forego the practice, but changed his mind after settlement talks broke down on Tuesday with NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell.

The two sides had been ordered by U. S. District Court Judge Richard Berman to try to reach a settlement.  Brady's lawyers filed papers last Friday, claiming a smear campaign had been waged against him.

Brady is trying to get his four game suspension overturned.
