NBA point guard Chauncey Billups, a 5 time All-Star and NBA Finals MVP, is tired of being the “glue guy.” As he enters the NBA’s amnesty waiver wire, he has one thing to say to potential suitors: “This is about me now.”

At 35 years old, Billups wants to clear waivers and choose his next destination on his own. Chauncey has been mistreated by teams over the years, despite being one of the game’s best players and leaders. The reason? He thinks it’s because he’s always been Mr. Nice Guy.

Well now he’s had enough and he’s talking about it. Click here to get the latest on Billups’ warning to potential buyers. The story comes to you from Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! sports.
