Baylor quarterback Nick Florence rebounded from a shaky start to throw four touchdown passes and lead Baylor  to a come from behind 47-42 win over Louisiana-Monroe before a record crowd at Malone Stadium.

Florence was intercepted twice early as ULM raced out to a 21-7 lead.  But the Bears scored seventeen unanswered points to take a 24-21 lead into the locker room at halftime.

The teams traded scores in the second half and ULM delighted the crowd of 31, 175 by taking a 35-34 lead before Baylor scored and then recovered a ULM fumble to get 13 unanswered points and a 47-35 lead with just over two minutes left.  Levi Norwood's nine yard run with just over seven minutes left gave Baylor the lead for good.

On ULM's next possession, Jyruss Edwards' fumble was recovered by the Bears and Florence threw his fourth touchdown pass of the night to salt the game away.

Baylor (3-0) starts Big 12 play next week at West Virginia.  ULM (1-2) travels to Tulane.

Both teams were over 500 yards in offense, with the Warhawks holding a 560-549 edge.  But ULM turned it over three times after Reynolds' two interceptions.

Florence wound up with 351 yards on 36-39 passing.  Tevin Reese had eight catches for 145 yards and two scores.

ULM's Kolton Browning completed 25-39 passes for 272 yards and two touchdowns, with an interception.  Jyruss Edwards rushed for 120 yards and a score for the Warhawks.
