I'm a recent Louisiana transplant from CT/NYC and have just started up with ESPN1420 in August. I'm not only the host of The Word With G Show which you can hear every weeknight from 6-7pm, but I'm also the Host/Brand Manager for our Friday night High School Football Show, The Acadiana Postgame (6-midnight). Sports has always been a passion-full purpose for me, something I grew up playing and culminated into college baseball. I'm really looking forward to entrenching myself into the southern sports culture of south Louisiana and most of all hearing from you, the fans, all about high school, college, and professional teams that you really care about. In addition, I'll be creating content and writing articles for the website as well as bringing a big time focus on fantasy football. They say never forget your roots and mine are in CT and always will be but I got my professional start in NYC at CBS-NY, WFAN. Fun fact, that was the station I grew up listening to that would ultimately be the initial driving force behind me wanting to do this job of talking sports on the radio. While there I worked behind the scenes as a Tape/Board Operator and Overnight Producer. I wouldn't trade that experience for the world as it really gave me a chance to learn the sports talk radio industry and work with some amazing people who taught me a lot. I'm looking forward to learning more, meeting great people, and of course chowing down on some good food!
