Current Warriors Assistant and Future Pelicans Head Coach Alvin Gentry knows, sometimes you have to show the young bucks you still got it.

Gentry is 60 years old, but he's not taking that as a physical limitation. Can he still dunk a basketball? Yes...if using the wall is allowed. Look, we get that he's cheating a little bit. Sure, it took him two attempts. He's still awesome, and his players celebrated properly when he threw that thing down.

With some coaches being labeled as "out of touch" or too old to touch a young man's game, Gentry showed why he was high on the Pelicans list for new Head Coaches. If the men on your team like and respect you, they're likely to buy in.
