Alabama, Clemson Continue to Lead Polls
Once again this week, it's Alabama and Clemson.
But the margin is much closer in the Associated Press Poll.
Both the AP and Amway Coaches' Polls were released today and both agree on Bama and Clemson. But the Tigers received 18 of the 81 first place votes in the AP poll, while getting just eight of the 65 number ones in the coaches' poll.
Both polls agree on Penn State at #3, but the AP tabs Georgia at #4 while the Amway poll prefers Washington.
Auburn, LSU's next opponent, is at #10 in the AP poll. Oklahoma and Michigan, both of which suffered upsets at home Saturday, both dropped out of the top ten.
All remaining undefeated FBS schools are ranked this week, including three from the American Athletic Conference. South Florida, UCF and Navy are all ranked, as is San Diego State from the Mountain West.
