Adrian Peterson Wants To Be The Best Ever
Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson is off to a great start in his still young NFL career.
Peterson has rushed for 5,782 yards, and 52 touchdowns in his first four years.
Last season, Peterson rushed for 1,298 yards, and 12 touchdowns, joining LaDainian Tomlinson, Earl Campbell, and Eric Dickerson as the only players in NFL history to eclipse 1,200 yards, and 10 touchdowns, in their first four years.
Jim Corbett, of the USA Today, says Peterson wants to lead the Vikings to a Super Bowl title, and to become “the best to ever play the game.”
