The Acadiana Cane Cutters have played an exciting brand of baseball this summer out at Fabacher Field. They currently sit at 25-23 and just a half of a game back to the Victoria Generals for second place in the league.

This Sunday evening (8/5) the Cutters will be hosting the Texas Marshals as well as a very special promotional night. Sunday nights game will be Strikeout Cancer Night at Fabacher Field with gates opening at 6pm and first pitch is scheduled for 7pm. The Cane Cutters will be donning custom jerseys with the names of certain people who are battling or have battled cancer in the past on them which is a cool twist.
