April 27, 2012 Louisiana defensive back Dwight "Bill" Bentley has seen his dream come to fruition.
Bentley was selected in the third round by the Detroit Lions, pick #85 overall.
Bentley was a first team All Sun Belt Conference pick after a senior season which saw him return two interceptions for touchdowns
