Desperate for outside shooting, the New Orleans Hornets made a trade today to acquire second year shooting guard Xavier Henry from the Memphis Grizzlies. Henry, a 20 year old sharp shooting two guard out of Kansas, was taken 12th overall in the 2010 NBA draft.
David West and Chris Paul led the way for the Hornets as they won their third straight game Monday night. Tenacious defense and timely scoring were the key as New Orleans beat the Philadelphia 76ers at the Hive by the score of 84-77.
