Who are the weakest starting point guards in the NBA?

Devin Harris technically doesn't start, but he did at one point this season. Remember when this guy was an All-Star four years ago? What happened? Seven seasons ago, he was starting in the NBA Finals for the Dallas Mavericks. Three years later, he was representing the New Jersey Nets in the All-Star game. Now, he can't even start for the Atlanta Hawks.

For the record, Jeff Teague is an adequate PG for Atlanta. But he also doesn't have an All-Star ceiling. Devin Harris does. How do we know? Because we've seen it. Now, all we see is a player averaging 7 points and 2.6 assists a game. Those are good numbers if you're Diante Garrett. Most players hit their prime around 30. Devin has been on the decline for a few years.

I hope he can bounce back. When he was at the top of his game, he was fun to watch. A point guard who could shoot close to 50% from the field is rare. Let's hope he's not on this list next year.
