10 Teams From Acadiana Area Ranked In LSWA Polls This Week

The latest LSWA football rankings were released on Tuesday morning, and 10 teams from the Acadiana area appear in the respective polls this week, with only two weeks remaining in the regular season.

In Class 4A, Teurlings is ranked second this week, followed by St. Thomas More at number four, and Breaux Bridge at number eight.

In Class 3A, Church Point is ranked fifth, while Notre Dame stands at number eight, and Jennings checks in at number nine.

In Class 2A, Catholic-New Iberia is third this week, while Opelousas Catholic is eighth.

Finally, in Class 1A, Vermilion Catholic is ranked third, while Basile is ninth.
